Our family has been making sausage products for the culinary community for four generations. Ed & Carol Deborski, began making custom sausage recipes for local restaurants in 1972. We have carried this tradition forward by taking great pride in working with chefs to create signature items that will meet the needs of all your guests.
Our food service experienced team hand trims select cuts of 80% lean natural meat that offer a leaner, more healthy and wholesome sausage for your table. We take great pride in using only the freshest and finest ingredients available and carefully inspect every piece of fruit, spice and herb to provide the highest level of quality and food safety.
The sausage kitchen approach of our USDA plant enables Old Style Sausage to be an efficient extension of your kitchen and responsive to any culinary need. This provides the ability to create unique fresh sausage products from chef inspired recipes. We strive to carry on the heritage and hold true to the details of our old-world processes.
